Battlefield can go online-only, as the campaigns aren't all that great. But Call of Duty-- I like the campaigns a lot more than multiplayer, as they have really good stories and characters. Not to mention, I like the solitude of SP.
In answer to your question, "If Kinect breaks, what happens to your X1?", Kinect is not required for the system to function. The only thing I'm not sure of is whether or not Kinect is required for the initial setup of the system.
For me, the XBox One. The XBox One has the games I want, both exclusives and multi plats-- Ryse, Forza 5, Halo, Titanfall, Destiny, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, and Metal Gear.
Aside from multi plats (which I can get on the XBox One anyway), there's nothing on the PS4 that interests me.
Nope, disagreeing with Obama's policies does not make one racist. If it does, then that means that if a person of color disagreed with Bush when he was in office, then that made them racist because Bush is white.
I'm looking forward to the first four games equally, along with Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition and Metal Gear Solid V. I'm not into Gears of War, so I'll pass on that.
I have an Xbone and I love it. The games I have are Assassin's Creed IV, Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Forza 5, and Ryse. I haven't played Ryse yet, but I've been playing the others and they're fantastic. Great gameplay and a substantial increase in graphics from the 360. I'm set.
