I now find I am no longer able to upload my PS4 gameplay to Twitch.
I have linked my Twitch account to my PS4 and, under ’Account Management/Linked Services’ on my PS4, Twitch is listed along with ESL*, Spotify, Twitter and YouTube. However when I press ‘SHARE’ button and select ‘Video Clip’ to upload my last 60 minutes of gameplay the only options listed are YouTube and Twitter. Twitch was there but has vanished.
I can use YouTube I suppose but I’m limited to a very low quality (SD) picture when I do that.
Any ideas what the problem is?
*I don’t know how ESL got there. I’ve never heard of it before let alone used it.
That's the opportunity Sony is looking for to unload on you the current oversized PS5 model right before they get to announce the PS5 Slim at the end of August....and as the "LIMITED TIME" discount implies the prices will go back up with the new model.
I say, a $50.00 discount is not worth dealing with the current humongous console...might as well wait for the Slim version.
Interesting point. I haven’t got a PS5 yet mainly due to the fact I’ve got nowhere physically to put it. Also, as far as I know, it can’t read my 3D movies. So I’ve given it a miss. My PS4 is plenty good enough and I can watch my 3D movies. I also still use my PS3 (Slim) occasionally. The price drop is attractive however and if a smaller PS5 were available I might be tempted.

That’s not crazy. I like disk based versions too. At least I can pass them on when I’ve finished them. If I finish them that is.
That said, I have around 150 disc based games, going back as far as the original Xbox around 2003/4, and have not passed on a single one of them. I have lent a few out to others and never got them back. But only a few.
Nowadays I download games. I haven’t bought a disk version for several years. Mostly PS Plus stuff (free or cheap) that I can keep in my library and play if I wish or never. Nothing affects my shelf space plus I can play games that ordinarily I wouldn’t have considered buying and delete them I don’t get along with them.
For example, RIME is one of those games I wouldn’t have bought in a shop but I got to try because it was either free or low cost on PS Plus. RIME turned to be really good and until last week was the only game I have completed 100%
I also wait until games have dropped in price below a certain threshold and/or I can get all the DLC too.
I must admit I don’t like the latest incarnation of PS Plus. Having been put on the lowest grade unless I increased my subs by a factor of four (if I recall correctly). The games they put out now on my current subscription all definitely fall in the ‘leave in the library’ category. I didn’t like skateboarding games even when I was playing the ZX Spectrum.

I’ll add them to my Library but I doubt if I will ever play any of them.
I would like to see some shooters. It would be a change if nothing else. Either first or third person. I’m not picky. I myself am not keen on hack’n slash games, but there have been some for fans of that genre. Just not since they changed PS Plus to this awful three tier system.
Does one have to pay extra to go up the tiers to get better games? I see no evidence (marketing etc.) indicating this.
Regarding the shooters I probably have got them all by now anyway, so I suppose I had better shut up about it.
BTW, for me Sniper Elite 5 is turning out to be the dogs bollocks! It’s one heck of a good game. I can hardly put it down long enough to write this.
