@crix01 @Stevo_the_gamer @fredyellowone No it doesn't. A 10 in Gamespot literally means "Essential". Doesn't even resemble the word "Perfect". Also, perfection is a vague and non-existent concept in reality, so it holds no value in a serious review. To have a 1-10 scale and never use the top score would be a tremendous waste. Truth is, people are salty because it isn't their game of choice that got a 10. Pretty typical for GS commenters.
Guys, just... let it go. Gamespot won't change the score or rereview it. They'll read your comments on feed something or whatever and appreciate the clicks. I don't particularly agree with this review(or many of their other recent reviews) either, but complaining in the comments won't accomplish anything.
@Naruto-101- Still, I wouldn't really put it past him to outright lie about it. I understand it is 100% plausible that this is all true and Hayter isn't coming back, but Kojima's reasoning sounds a little off, if not hypocritical. If he truly wants to "renew" MGS by changing voice actors, then why didn't he change the japanese VA too?
Well, I'm still hoping this is an elaborate troll by Kojima. Wouldn't be the first time he tricked everyone into believing something just to subvert their expectations. (MGS2 anyone?)
Hell, he was talking about how important it is to "mislead"/misdirect people when promoting a game just some weeks ago.
@Boba20077 @Xx_Kares_xX I honestly don't know why people are having such a hard time trying to grasp that. The number alone isn't the focus of the criticism here.
