Only got ZOE for the demo of MGS2 but once i played the game i was quite hooked. Never got the chance to play the second ZOE but it's supposed to be even better than the first so i cant wait.
If it is just a straight port it is going to look pretty bad. I love GTA III. I probably put more of my life into that game than any other by far but i also know how many glitches are in the game and especially times when the roads would disappear with serious pop in issues.
Then if you fly most buildings do not have a roof or if they do most are not solid. Also if while flying you pass over an insane jump you have to crash in order to get out of the fixed cam.
I guess this is good for those that dont have a PS2 or a launch PS3 but i dont know if it is worth it as is.
I'm still confident that I will get this game and like it, but even then looking at the very first original trailer for Rising makes me wish i could have played that instead.
If i ever need another PS3 i would love a model that uses less power and hopefully outputs less heat. I have the original 60gb and during the winter i can actually use it to heat my room up slightly, which in the summer is not so great a feature to have.
I dont see how that will be any better than a novelty that will wear off after a short time. It may be ok if you already have the move but otherwise for the price you could probably get a really nice racing wheel without the arm fatigue.
To Rohan, I rather liked the level system since when i became a level 30 i could decimate the first area which is the way it should be. I dont like it like the Oblivion way where a rat is still a challenge 10 levels later.
Socom II is one of the only games that i can think of where your health didnt regenerate and if you died in MP you were out till the match was over. It did make TDM pretty exciting though if you were the only player left against 5 other people and if you won then it was a great feeling.
