@True_Gamer_: Because the majority of a games sales occur within the first few weeks of launch and then afterward the pittle unless a major sale occurs.

Anti Pirate measures have also been shown in study after study to not reduce piracy or improve game sales. Reason is economics 101: You can't count a potential sale as a sale. If someone is not willing to purchase your game, but pirate it. They're not going to purchase it if they suddenly can't pirate it. Whole industry admitted this before jumping on the Denuvo bandwagon (whose shills you can see in this thread defending it).

Do you know why it took so long to crack? Denuvo was paying off crack teams in the tune of 100k a person. That's not a conspiracy the company admits to doing it along with Square Enix. The latest crew didn't take the money and also released a step by step method to cracking the game. Denuvo is finished, the industry will become really pro consumer for a while before they find another anti consumer DRM measure to implement and then the process will repeat itself, because 1) Investors are as greedy as they are stupid. 2) Consumers are absolute idiots. Case in point those defending a measure that means they can never own the game they paid money for and will no longer be able to play when Denuvo's servers go down, which given the recent security breach that included their next model denuvo and the fact it's followed the typical pattern for it's model (it's used in automotive repair software), should be in about a year, since pirates not break it in 3 days regardless if the game is worth pirating.

Well I'm glad you guys are working on it. Here I thought I had simply messed up with my settings since I keep getting hundreds of emails from popular articles. I hope this is resolved soon.

Kojima is moving on. The new Studio in California will be handling the series from now on. I'm looking forward to Kojima's next project. I want to see what world he will create next, and what features his new game will have.

I'd love a MG 1-2 remake. I just couldn't get into the original ones.

Okay so I run a gaming blog (used to run a website, but more stress than it was worth) and I need some help/advice when it comes to content. I've pretty much nailed down my theme and content material, but on news, screenshots, and concept art I have a bit of trouble. I like using All Games Beta (one of these best sites on the internet in my opinion) and some other sites, but I need a more expediant means of collecting concept art and Screenshots to keep up with the other blogs.

I do have press contacts through Capcom and Square Enix already so can anyone recommend another good site or how to get media contact with other companies? I ask because I figure I don't know so I should just ask.

Thanks a bunch for your advice and help.

Signed,

Kevin

True I see the Soverty working together a lot more but that doesn't cover the fact that the TR guns seems to do more damage than the Sovernty and Conglomerate.

I'm not advocating nerfing but think they need to tweek the balance to get it right.

Anyone else think the Terran Republic is a tad overpowered. I play as the New Conglomerate and this point was hit home when I met a TR player who was also playing a Heavy and I began shooting first and had my shield activated second. By all accounts I should have emerged the victor of the skirmage since accuracy wasn't playing a role and that I began shooting first having superior firepower (supposedly). Blew through his shield and yet I lost. Not that this was the only time I had ever lost but the other times could be chocked up to accuracy and their supperior fire rate, but I'm now convinced that it the reason I simply don't like fighting them is they are simply too overpowered.

Anyone else notice that the TR is a tad bit overpowered?

If you are wondering with the Vanu Soverty the battles rage a lot more evenly and their accuracy is something to be reconned with.

I am in agreement with pookie. I can't wait for Fable 2. It sounds soooo awsome.
