Yes. I have zero taste and buy whatever crosses my path. You don't?gmsnpr
Nope, my collection is mostly RPGs since that's what I love to play. I'll sometimes pick up some games I don't like if I find them cheap enough, then trade them somewhere for something I actually like. My older brother gives me all his 360 games when he's done with them, like Mass Effect and CoD4, and I trade them at Goozex in order to get the RPGs missing from my collection. I try to get special editions every time as long as I have the funds for it as well. I guess my collection is quality over quantity. I could have a much bigger collection if I wanted, but I cringe at the thought of having Barbie games or something like that in my collection. xD
I buy any N^4 game I come across when I have the money, I hope to own all of them.FredGoon
All of them? Do you try to get them complete with their boxes and manuals?
I've not seen the backloggery website before, I'll have to check that out a bit more.
As for the collection issue, at >1000, I guess I fit under your definition of larger collections. For me I only collect games that I would like to play. Meaning, at the time of purchase, I thought that whatever it was I bought looked fun. There are some games that sneak into my collection that I wonder how they got past my fun filter but for the most part there's nothing in my collection that I won't play, or rather everything in my collection, I would like to play. I'm fairly picky about what I collect as well as I never collect loose carts or discs, everything needs to be in place. Boxes, manuals, whatever.

It's not the most advanced site I've been to, but it works well enough for me.
My collection is like that as well, for the most part. A stupid Garfield and Donald Duck game somehow snuck in, and since nobody would trade for such horrible games, I just have them hidden away in a dark corner of my room. :P
