@96augment Hitman Absolution is the perfect stealth game next month. Dishonored will most likely be kind of a letdown.

@96augment Better to wait when the price is lower, or trade some games, but it is the best action game besides those generic fps that I talked about.

I explore everything already, sidequests, boneshards, those totems to get upgrades, whatever. It's easy to find them because you are given this heart that detects secret objects by the Outsider, the guy that gives Corvo his powers. The most insulting of all the exploration part is this small golds collected section that calculates how many coins you got in 1 stage. It's annoying, there's 568 coins in 1 level while I only got 248, and you are not even given a clue of where the coins are. It's all scattered all over the place and there's only 3 coins at most in 1 place if you are lucky enough to find one. The coins you get from knocking guards down doesn't count. It's like why would I waste my time collecting coins when I have too much money already just from knocking guys down? It's pointless because I have enough money all the time to get upgrades like better armor and more crossbow ammo, but you can't get more than 10 sleeping darts and explosive darts, which is bullshit.

It's short, believe me. It's only 9 missions and you have to save really often cause you will screw up once in a while. You can only change how the final mission is played whether you decide to kill people or spare them in each missions. Killing more makes the place a warzone while killing less or none makes it like MGS. I advice that if you want to buy it, buy it for the PC. If you play it on consoles, prepare to save a lot.

@96augment Like I told you before, don't buy it if you don't want it. I won't force you.

Chris's campaign has no QTE'S at all, and it's 5 hours long. In total it's 30+ hours long if you play as all characters. Ada Wong's campaign is entirely singleplayer. There's an amateur mode that will skip the QTE entirely. Or, like you said if you want to play alone, there's this "skills" option before you start the game that has the "Lone Wolf" skill, where your AI partner will not help you at all. You'll be on your own, but I won't advice that. The zombies are brutal, even on Amateur mode, so you will need your partner to help you. It's advisable when you play offline, you can choose it before you start the game btw, to buy a skill like "increase item drop" and "field medic" that will allow you to get more ammo and your partner to heal you every time your health is low, although that's better in the Professional difficulty, playing on normal with that skill seems like cheating.

Don't buy Dishonored because the score is high. I played it. It's nothing special. It's basically Bioshock + Deus Ex Human Revolution, the plot is predictable, and there's only 2 endings. The ending's the same as the first Bioshock too, and the final boss is pathetic. I killed him 10 times in a row without dying once. Maybe it's because it's developed by the same team, whatever. This game encourages you to spare enemies, but the only way to do that is to choke them from behind and use sleeping darts. That's it. There's no option to punch a guy out cold in front of you, which I consider very weird. In total the game is only 8 hours long. There's little extras to play again, unless you want achievements.

@96augment See what I told you before? Medal of Honor Warfighter, 007 Legends and Black Ops 2 are 3 bad generic fps that should NOT be played at all, and yet people preorder them. It's a shame because RE6 beats those games by a long mile, and it's longer too. I won't force you to buy it, just know that out of ALL the linear action games out right now, Resident Evil 6 is the best of them. If you disregard that it's part of Resident Evil or whatever you call it, it's still one of the best action game this year. Or just wait for Hitman Absolution, Assassins Creed 3 and Farcry 3, which will also be great games with predictably high scores like 80 or 90. Just see.

If you don't know what a visual novel is, then Zero Escape is the best damn game you will ever play. PSVITA also has the game. I'll advise you to play the first game 999 first on the DS.

This is a great game, but I’m going to nitpick a bit about things that bothers me.

One of the problem in this game is there’s no non-lethal direct attack besides sneaking and the crossbow. It’s funny how there is no option to just sucker punch someone in front of you. Instead, I have to either shoot a sleeping dart or choke someone from behind. I miss the takedowns from Deus Ex Human Revolution.

Secondly, the plot kind of gets predictable in the middle. When the twist happens, you’ll bound to go “I knew it”. Oh yeah, the endings depending on whether you have low or high chaos. Low=Happy and High=Bittersweet so make your choice count. It’s advisable that you save very often, advisably after you clear a room filled with enemies. Better to just neutralize enemies instead of killing them.

Lastly, at the start of the game, you are framed for the murder of the empress done by this teleporting masked assassin and a guy in a red dress. This wouldn’t bother me so much until you realize that THE MAIN CHARACTER CAN’T SPEAK. MY God, he could at least shout, explain to the guards about the situation or cry, but the only thing he does is listen like Gordon Freeman. Pretty stupid to just do nothing, especially when you know who did it a second before the guards came in. Like I know they are the ones framing you for her murder and the character is a typical first person voiceless character, but please, don’t just stand there!

Overall, I'll give the game 80-85 because it's not that special. I'll recommend Hitman Absolution over this, more variety in killing there.

@yamilvirginio It's certainly a lot better than ME3's we **** up big time DLC. Isn't it funny that RE6's only fix for the game is the camera? That's not such a bad thing.

@96augment I'll advice you to just buy the new game for the 3DS Zero Escape: Virture's Last Reward. It's better than RE6, and it's certainly better than other mindless action games combined.

@DarthLod If you don't want the cutscenes QTEs, play on amateur mode. It doesn't have them there. If not, deal with it. QTEs are going to be used for other action games in the future, get used to it.

@DarthLod You're playing 3 long campaigns that plays 10-5 hours each. If each character have QTE's then of course it will feel like there's too much. Which campaign did you finish anyway?
