1. Uncharted 4 (Just because we expected it to be great, shouldn't take anything away from how great it was.)
2. Doom (Without the meh multiplayer this would be #1.)
3. Dark Souls 3 (Great game, just not quite Bloodborne in my book.)
4. Final Fantasy XV (90 hours to Platinum, loved the whole journey.)
5. Overwatch (Sure it is great, I have always loved Blizzard, and continue to play WoW. However, it is mostly mindless shooting with a lot of well designed classes. I simply cannot give the overall best award to a game that doesn't have a true story.)
Sure... No footage of the game and EA backtracking on now likely remastering 1-3. I am doubting the game is ready and likely hitting next Fall, not early Spring.
I thought the same thing when I first saw it and there was no mention of it elsewhere. I don't have any problems with it, as I like the aesthetic. However, it definitely resembles the Destiny menus.
I have a 970 and it's a great card, but every once in a while fps drops on some games. With how the 1080 is performing and the way they are talking about the 1070 I'm already jealous.
@consolehaven: To be honest, I could have played through the entire original game without a single combat sequence and I may have enjoyed it more. The platforming, exploration, etc. is what I enjoyed most. Some of the combat parts just felt too long and arduous.
I mean they haven't had exclusives, but there have been a lot of good games over the last few years. So I'm not sure why so many people are disappointed.
@iskaroth: GOTY is a subjective argument. A majority of people are saying The Witcher 3 and Metal Gear Solid 5 were incredible games, and I didn't really enjoy either one. However, I fell in love with Bloodborne and Arkham Knight, it's all just a matter of opinion.
Rock Band barely cracking the top 10, I'm curious how many copies they sold in total. Though I find it ironic it sold best on XB1, that's what I bought it on as well, because we all had our DLC on XBL and couldn't get it on PS4.
I'd say it is both that Unity wasn't that good as well as just over saturation and releasing too many games under that Assassin's Creed tag line over too many years. I'm interested to play Syndicate, because I think it looks good, and the reviews were fairly high. However, it is no longer a game I'm interested in getting day one.
