Yeah just stay away from gamestop and the likes, they shaft you left and right, even on new games -_-;; the only real thing I hate about game stores like that, but from a buisness point it makes sense. Just list it a little cheaper than the cheapest one you can find.
I've seen halo 3 on amazon for 40 bucks new if ya don't feel like shelling out 60 bucks. But yeah the deal was that you had to have an xbox and had live on it and then switch over to a 360 and you would get it free but ya had to do it by the end of dec or around then.
I got an arcade recently and luckily it was a falcon. I've heard that not all halo 3 editions have it. I've heard the "Go Pro" versions also have it because they're supposed to be made more recently. After you get it though check the power brick, If it says 175w on the bottom its a falcon 360. Also look on the sticker on the side, lot 0743 and higher I think should have the falcon too. First of all I can think the same about the ps3 ( currently own a 360 and wii), but at this point in time its just not worth me wasting money on for maybe 2 games. I've been playing games for the better part of 18-19 years now and I've been playing since I was a kid. Just my opinion, but ease up a bit and stop complaining and just enjoy playing the ps3, even if you have lame friends that don't want to their loss you know.
Look into the games on it. If there's 3-5 games out now you are interested in and a more that might grab your intrest down the road go for it. I looked at the ps3 and 360 (own a wii) and I liked the games roster on the 360 more. What made me go with the 360 was that most the games I wanted for ps3 were on the 360 and only like 1-2 I wanted for the ps3. So look into both consoles and decide what would be better for you in the long run.
Yeah I hear ya, but the esrb has to appear to be cracking down on games so the windbags in washington will get off their backs, and manhunt just happened to be too big a target to miss.
Still waiting for mine. My sis scares me sometimes, once she hit my controller playing wii play, and another she hit my knee while she was bowling. I need them, because if I don't get them soon I have a sinking feeling I'll be dead soon.
