Yeah, we could do with a 2D Metroid, a Rayman game when he isn't with those bloody Rabbits and a return to the PS1 days for Crash Bandicoot as well. Then I would be happy :)

Would you agree though that Castlevania is 50% action and 50% platformer, as the game has a huge platform elements to it with you jumping around Dracula's castle most of the time. Also there is no way Zelda could be called even a 50% platform game and while Metroid is more platformy it still is a action game

I was talking about the modern 3D Metroids like Hunters for the DS, not Super Metroid which I agree is just like the Castlevania games of today and 50% Platform and 50% Action
