I go to an independent record store and I buy the CD. Or if I can't ever find the CD I'm looking for, then Amazon. For anything particularly rare or very hard to find, then eBay.
pretty much everybody at my high school that I've talked with says that alcohol tastes like crap, and that they only do it to get drunk, which is pretty much just another way of saying "LOL I'M TRYING TO BE COOL!" I think it's a bit stupid myself because they have no control over what they do. They don't keep track of what they drank. Basically, nobody around here drinks responsibly. So what do I think? I think it's a bit stupid myself. :|

god and my thoughts? What about Allah with Islam? How about the Norse gods Odin and Thor? The Greek god Zeus? I have just as much of a reason to believe in them as I do the Christian god. There are so many religions and beliefs around the world. Who are we to say which one is "right"? You know what I think? I think it's absurd to even try to prove or disprove a god's existence. If it created the universe, and therefore, time, life, and everything we do actually know, they are obviously too far beyond our comprehension.
I'm not saying here one doesn't exist. Maybe one does. Maybe more than one does. Or maybe they just flat out don't.
it's a little GS inside joke that was started a year or two ago. Someone made a topic saying he was talking some girl and she touched his shoulder during the conversation, and wanted to know if that meant anything. Someone posted something like "it means she wants to have sex with you, congratulations." And it just became an instant hit among OT-goers.
I'm actually surprised it has carried on for this long.

Actually, I think the kid flat out ask if that meant he wasn't a virgin anymore. it could've been that. But it was something to that extent. Did someone ever screen-cap it?

Not my type of metal. I prefer clean vocals. Too much unnecessary growling, it becomes unbearable and pointless. I mean what's the point in "singing" the lyrics if it becomes incoherent and gibberish?
I more into Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Anthrax, Slayer, Pantera, etc.

not pointless. There's as much of a point to growling as there is to singing about the holocaust or screaming like you're in an opera house. And it's only incoherent because of your unfamiliarity. It becomes easier to understand the more you listen to it.
And unnecessary? Have you ever heard of Ayreon? Arjan Lucassen writes concept albums and brings in multiple singers from a wide range of genres and styles in order to convey the moods and emotions of the characters. One person he brought in was Mike Åkerfeldt of Opeth, who portrayed the character "Fear", and he had him do growls at certain points of the songs to bring out fear and anger.
