Generally both. Since the looks are the first thing I notice about a person, and it's sort of like a first impression to me. Then I get to know them and hope they have a good personality. If not, to hell with them.

I actually have a thing for somewhat tomboy-ish chicks, probably because I can relate to them on a deeper level, talk to them about more stuff, and do more things with them than normal chicks. :P

how'd I know he'd be the one that would be the subject of this thread? Guess I've been going to /b/ too much. :?

In some sense though, reminds me of Mana of Moi dix Mois and Malice Mizer...probably because they can actually pull off a feminine look quite well.

[QUOTE="JoshXXXXX"]well one of the reasons why I left in the first place was because a lot of the regulars and quality posters were diminishing. So what's this whole Gestermann thing?linkthewindow
Jeff Gestermann was fired and destroyed GS's credibility. A lot of people left because they did not want to be seen as supporting a curropt website. (Gestermann was fired because he gave a sponsor's game a score of 6\10)

oh yeah, that, sorry, I'm just used to him being referred to as "Jeff" as I didn't really know his last name. But that does sound like a load of crap.

omg, i thought you died.RPG-er
haha damn, I haven't seen you for awhile! I think you were one of the first people I started seeing regularly when I was on OT! So since nobody has really paid any attention to my original question, has anything around here really changed?

I'm on /b/ right now. I think I remember you from when you used to post. I don't really post much either anymore.Conanfan1
yep, I remember you as well

I went into the pit in Ultimate-Guitar.com once. People were extremely rude to me and proceeded to mock me for the rest of the duration of the thread I made.

And I made the exact same thread in Gamespot and people around here generally found it quite interesting.

I have never gone into the pit again. :(

Luncbox1

funny, usually threads I make on GS get like 10 posts in them and they are gone. I've always been one of those posters that was "in the background" on this website. On UG, I've had quite a few nice conversations with the members there. There are more mature members in other boards on UG though.

[QUOTE="TanKLoveR"]What the hell is /b/? :? linkin_guy109

its a certain part of a certain site which im not allowed to link, basically no topic, no matter how offensive, no matter how strange or grotesque it may seem, nothing is off limits, no racist issues are off limits, everythign is fair game, theres a reason why sites need restrictions, and /b/ proves why

well, /b/ has the rule of no illegal content and no invasions of other websites...but other than that, yeah, there really are no limits. I've noticed the majority of illegal content is gone pretty fast with how rapidly /b/ accumulates posts though.

I make a point of avoiding most people who have posted on /b/. You're not most people, are you?A_Tarkovsky
nah, I basically just lurk and have a large number of laughs. It's not worth it to post there. I've tried before, I think I made a thread about how awesome Jet Force Gemini was and it got about 70 posts and that was it. A couple others I made only got like 3 posts and just fell flat.

I WISH to obtain a Ph.D, but I'll probably just end up stopping at a bachelor's or a master's.

I've never been to /b/, but I am happy to hear you are back. krystians
unless you can handle loads of stupid ****, along with the very occasional pr0n, gore, and other gross stuff, don't. But thanks. I don't really remember you though. I really don't remember too many people unless they were OT regulars back when I was around.

has anything changed in OT (or forums in general) since...maybe November or December of last year? I sorta got bored here and decided to go to Ultimate-Guitar and /b/, but I'm just checking back on my original Internet cubbyhole incase anything is up.
