@quadknight: you do know that’s like 7 months away. I doubt PUBG will be released from game preview then. It will have 2 more maps, more content and get a proper release.

But those will be the battle royale games cows will have to support waiting for PUBG to come along ?. By the time it hits PS4 I’m sure there will be something better though

Mobile "gamers" aren't gamers. That's why these comparisons of market share are stupid. Business people, average joes, ditzy valley girls, senior citizens, etc. all play Candy Crush, Clash of Clans, and other mobile "games". That's who these games are marketed towards. There will always be more non-gamers than gamers.

@calvincfb: Maybe, but I would wager that Nintendo’s stubborn insistence on relying on cartridges would have still been their downfall. Huge epic games like FFVII would have simply ended up on the Saturn instead.

I enjoyed the Genesis a lot, but SNES is where my heart goes. So many great games and memories with.
