I ejoyed San Andreas more, and there is a lot more to do and more content to keep you busy for a better amount of time than Vice City. I'd get San Andreas if I were you.
To me, Resident Evil is the better game, and I found myself having more fun with it gameplay wise. That being said, Silent Hill is the better experience, I loved getting into the mythos and twisted stories of the Silent Hills far more than the Resident Evils. Overall, I give the nod to RE, but only slightly.
That is for you to decide, don't worry about what other people think. I say it's okay to be 16 and single; I'm 19 and have never had a girlfriend and I'm fine with it. In time the right girl will (hopefully) come into your/my life, and that's enough to keep me going. Besides, you have school to deal with, no need to get caught up in some high school girl drama.
I own: God of War Collection, Tomb Raider Trilogy, Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, Prince of Persia Trilogy, Jak & Daxter Collection, God of War Origins Collection, The Sly Collection, Ico and Shadow of the Collosus Collection, and I believe that is all. I still plan on getting: Devil May Cry HD Collection, Silent Hill HD Collection, Ratchet & Clank Collection, Splinter Cell Trilogy, and the Hitman HD Trilogy.
Pick up the MGS HD Collection, play MGS3 then MGS PW. Pick up PSN MGS1, play it. Play MGS2 from the HD Collection, followed by MGS4. That way you get all you can get, and it is played in chronological order.
