The second one is better. The depth is "more" correct. Not a big fan of the whole piece though. I think you could use the perspective of the wall better.
I like the composition of it. However, you have to work on the colours, lighting, atmosphere and ohjesuschristgetridofthiseffingtextunlesstheguypaidyoumillionstohaveit
Although I agree with the things people said, I don't think they are so important so that you have to change it. My only complaint is the focal placement. I have an issue with cropped heads. :P
