You know, maybe R* doesn't appreciate the fact that GTA IV was modded to hell and back. I mean, sure it was bound to happen but that doesn't mean they can't get pissed off about it. Tons of work went into GTA IV and random people outside of the company went and modified it, undoubtedly without permission. Not that I'm against that kind of thing, but R* might. If they said otherwise, then maybe I'm just mistaken.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if R* just uses the corporate, sugar-coated version of the phrase "**** you!" in the next few months when this petition gets another 300,000 sigs or however many sigs it needs!

While I personally don't agree with this policy myself, the fact of the matter is they have the right to tell people what they can and can't upload onto the net and can do something about it! You may have bought the game, but once you start putting gameplay out there, R* can have it taken down!

What R* and T2 Can't Do: March up to your front door, smash it down, barge into your home, snatch the game out of your hands, shove a middle finger into your face, and then walk out with the game that you bought with your hard-earned money.

What R* and T2 CAN Do: While you have the right to do whatever you want to the game since you bought it, they can take down your videos, even though you also have the right to make them. Doesn't matter if you spent ten total hours making ten separate playthrough videos. The actual content belongs to the company/owners.
