Yes its a system seller.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_video_games#Franchises

Its 27th best selling franchise, 20 million, tied with the Halo Franchise, so that must mean if MGS is not a system seller then neither is Halo
GarchomPro

you've got a valid point there, mate. Nicely scientific post you made there, it's good to see that some people area ctaully capable of making such claims with proper research and evidence to back up said claims :)

While I'd like the PS3 to be the winning console I bear no illusions as to which console is the most popular atm, the Wii.

No, not into your controller. You can use any Bluetooth headset you've got in the house. You can also buy Warhawk ($60). It comes with a $40 Bluetooth headset and the game (also worth $40). $80 value. Just pair the headset with the console in the XMB options menu and you're good to go.

Also, I saw a PS3 and PS2 compatible headset at Gamestop when I was rearranging stuff from Logitech. Just look around.

so every single warhawk comes with the head set right. i dont want to buy it and it doesnt come with it.

when you buy the game in the stores it should be a boxed version with the game and the headset, but ask the staff if you're in doubt. Needless to say, if you buy the game on PSN then you won't get the headset ;)

i knew nothing of ddr3 going in, he sold it to me telling me i needed to future proof the system, i didnt know ddr3 had such latency issues, and the card being 1gb ddr4 i guess i was just impressed by the large numbers dammit!!fulac
future proofing you say? Let me tell you this: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FUTURE PROOF COMPUTER! It will just be longer before you have to upgrade... He's just doing his job and tries to get as much money out of you as possible. Stick with the 4gigs of DDR2 RAM and with XP (perhaps go for 64bit version? anyone?), DDR3 is not worth the cost and Vista sucks because of the lack of support from many software companies.

I know some of my friends who'd like to see the return of the rumble feature, so for them, I hope that they'llreleaceit. :)
