Active like almost every FF?

Almost every FF is the same as FF10... And that's the one I love most.

Cpt-Fair

No. FF 10 is the only one like that

Yep, FF X is def not active, dont you remember that bar on the side with all the pictures???  Active as in a little bar that fills, like ff VI VII, VIII, IX, X-2 (to name the ones ive played)

[QUOTE="Abicus7"]

I really liked FFx-2's battle system, too bad everything else about that game is pretty much bunk.

-Phaz-

im one of the few that thought FFX-2 was good all the through, every aspect.... :(

as for battle system, aslong as they never go back to the crap that was the gambit system ill be happy.

Yep i was one of those too, i agree that quick, active battle where you could almost serendipitously land all three attacks at once was great, but I have to say that having the time stop to give you time to strategically play is also good.  I have found but one game that pairs the two seamlessly and that game is Grandia.  If FF XIII has anything even remotely close to that, then I will be even happier.  Although lets face it, I'll be supremely happy nyway :P

I agree took me awhile to get used tot he fact that one of the franchises that I bought this $400 obsidian beast for was no longer exclusive... Once i got over that after having realised so many other epic games are on the system, I realised that while it doesn;t feel right it's fine as long as the transfer is good.

You make a valid point Flipyap28, Having not played FFX in years I could really give you a legit explanation, I do remember Bahamut having all the Nuls and that came in handy but I really don't know why those guys did, unless, and I don;t remember this happening, if you cast it while you had the aeon out then the whole party had it cast on them??? I don't think so, nevertheless strange...
