Hey all,

So I'm assuming this is a bug but I haven't found anywhere else people experiencing the same problem. I have seen it more and more lately on Gamespot and I think it's mostly on games that haven't been released yet. And instead of release date showing as the real release date in the future, or TBD or something it shows a date of Dec 31 2097.

Now I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that's not the real release date for these games. Anyone know what's going on with this, or have experienced it yourself?

So I have a problem. When I have gamespot open on my 2nd monitor, whenever I click to watch a video fullscreen the video moves to my 1st/main monitor. Now I know this is a normal issue that's always been around but awhile ago I did some fix that I found online that enables videos to play fullscreen on my 2nd monitor and even keeps them fullscreen while i'm doing something on my main monitor. So I can actually watch youtube videos fullscreen on my 2nd monitor while i'm playin World of Warcraft on my main monitor. The problem ONLY is currently happening with gamespot, which is why i'm posting here. All other websites i've been to the fix in place allows me to watch full screen videos on my 2nd monitor but when I try to watch gamespot videos it goes right back to the way it used to be and only plays them on my main monitor.

I'm hoping one of the way smarter people than me here on the gamespot forums can offer some insight on this and help me figure this out. Thank you in advance for any help you guys can offer.

IMPORTANT EDIT!!: So I went to watch one of my favorite videos on gamespot, FEEDBACKULA!!!!. When watching this show, I went to fullscreen the video and lo and behold the video went full screen on my 2nd monitor and STAYED THERE. This is great, however when going back to the first video I was watching, I still have the problem which prompted me to make this post. The video that won't stay fullscreen and moves to 1st monitor was a video about the new steam controller which was in the article on the subject. So I don't know if this has something to do with the fact that the video was on an article page and not undder gamespots actual "shows" category or something. It's weird. But it no longer seems it's a "gamespot" alone issue more of a certain part of gamespot.

Sorry for the longwinded post but I like to be as detailed as I can so someone knows exactly what i'm talking about and can hopefully poinpoint the problem much easier.

So I was reading some about Plants vs Zombies 2 and saw that it's iOS only. Now having an android phone i'm disappointed about this, but i'm confident that it will come to android users fairly quickly. But my main question is, why isn't it being released for PC right away? They have hinted that it will come to PC. They said they want to bring it to as many platforms as possible even more than plants vs zombies 1. But wasn't the original plants vs zombies a PC game? then went to mobile and ps3 and ds and everything. I wanted to check on that because it seems weird to make the first for pc then everything else but do it backwards for 2. Unless Plants vs Zombies 1 was actually mobile to begin with and then came to pc. I just remember by the time I heard about it it was on PC. If anyoen can clarify some of these things who's been following the game I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey alll,

I can't for the life of me find an answer to this question and I think part of it is I don't know how to word it, so searches just show everything BUT what i'm looking for. Basically I want to be able to talk in an online game. Yell at the little kids, make fun of the trolls, hit on hot girls without a headset. I know this is easily done with a blue tooth headset but sometimes I want to have the loud surround sound feel. I don't want to sit in a silent room in the middle of the day with headphones on.

So my question is, can you buy just like standalone microphones and talk through them and hear everything in the game INCLUDING voice chat through my surround sound? Might get a little annoying if some kid is screaming on COD and the whole house can hear it but i'll deal with that when it happens. I currently have a G930 which apparantly can't be used on consoles anyways so I would have to buy something new, but I also don't feel like wearing an over the ear headset JUST for the mic either and not being able to correctly hear the surround sound. So something like a small mic without headphones that you might see a guy wearing doing a speech or something. That or if there is just a way to do it using a regular headset and I would just have to live with wearing the headset around my neck or something like that.

Sorry if I rambled, I was just trying to be as specific as I could. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

TLDR Version: Easiest way to use voice chat in games like COD without using a headset so I can hear everything through my surround sound system?

Apparantly i'm supposed to post this here even though my question is very specific and I feel like I probably won't get the same answeres here but here goes nothing.

So I've been buying and selling games to make a few bucks here and there and in doing so i've gotten quite a few pokemon games coming into my possession and it made me want to try and play through them all because I stopped when they started making them for the DS.

The question is though, which ones should I play? Mainly i'm wondering if I do red or blue should I also play yellow? I played yellow but can't remember the differences. However after yellow, I never played the sister games, i.e Crystal, Emerald, Platinum. And i'm wondering if I play sapphire or ruby, if I should pay emerald or if it's too similar. I know a few things were introduced to make it a little different and a new pokemon at the end and stuff, but with the hundreds of hours i'm going to need to put into this little venture, are any of the sister games, or mid gen games whatever you want to call them, worth playing, or should I just stick with 1 of the 2 main ones, and move on to the next gen?

Anyone with some pokemon knowledge who could help would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!!

So i've read a lot about transferring system data and games but can't seem to get a specific answer to a very specific question.

I really want a 3dsXL but I want the ambassador games. So what I want to do is buy an ambassador 3ds off ebay and a 3ds xl, and transfer all system date and games INCLUDING ambassador games (which i've read can be done) to the 3ds XL and then sell the regular ambassador ds on ebay again and keep the XL with my new ambassador games.

What i'm wondering is if that original system is then no longer an ambassador, or if I can just redownload the games on the original system. If I do that, do the games on my XL become inactive or anything because theyre linked to serial number or something weird. I woudl hate to sell the original ds and then 2 weeks later all of a sudden my ambassador games become unplayable.

From what i've read, this seems possible, but to me it seems like i'm missing something. Otherwise what's stopping you from having 10 people and 1 with an ambassador system and just transferring all the games to your 9 friends and re downloading them on your own system after every transfer, and sending to a friend, re downloading, transfer to friend, etc, etc.

Hey all, my thread asking about pokemon games was locked after 1 person replied telling me it is a kids game. That's it. I dno't think I broke any rules. I read the FAQ and Rules sticky and saw nothing in there that had anything to do with my thread.

That's the thread in question. Can someone take a look and let me know what's wrong with it so I can change it and repost? A quick explanation as to why it was locked would have been nice, so I didn't have to come here and do this. I hope i'm not breaking some other rule I didn't know about by asking this question and linking a locked thread or something bizarre. Anyways, thanks for any help guys.

Also quick p.s. question. I can't remember which ones are remakes, besides the obvious heartgold being a remake of gold obviously. Are the remakes worth it? or are they they same ith better graphics, or tiny additions that don't make it worthwhile kind of how the emerald is to sapphire and ruby. So kind of same situation. Thanks again everyone.

1 more. last one i swear. How many of the games are connected from generation to generation? Like I said I only played to a certain point, and I know black and white 2 are sequels to black and white so they are related, but what about the other ones? is black and white totally different and has no cnonection to diamon and pearl? and so on?
