I'm new to this forum and I haven't even bought fallout 3 yet, but could you tell me if I change difficulty during the game, I can carry on the same game with a different difficulty setting?

MixJam

Yup, you can change the difficulty setting without starting a new game. I hate it when games don't have that option.

Hmm...they are both quite bland as characters, but I think I'll go with Geralt because of all the *you know what* he gets.

I have been restraining myself from stealing, because I want to be "good" and not evil. And then on my second playthrough, I'll go evil. Like you, I'm finding it hard not to go evil to make more money. I guess I'll just have to be more diligent and persistent, and continue on. I might go evil soon though if things don't pick up.

Do you want to be good just for the roleplaying feel or because of Karma? If you're worried about Karma, then it's all right, mang. I stole everything I could and my Kama picture was the Jesus-look-alike picture for most of the game.

I was pretty weak in those first few hours but I kept doing quests & selling the stuff I stole in order to make money. My main complaint is that I never found a trader who could repair anything past 50% Good luck, Sir.

I rarely ever play a game more than once so I would reload a saved game before the final quest & find as many side quests as I could.
