another one of these threads, I don't me to sound so cold...but this is all part of life. Your young enough to know their are better things in this world than girls. They will hold you back from your dreams. Its like my father always said, "Behind every mans dreams is a women.".
wow, seriously TC, suck it up and move forward. The only way your going to improve your situation is to get yourself motivated and grow some ambition. People seriously have it WAY! worse than you do.
Obama, this has to be the worst president this country has had, or close to it. I don't keep up with the polls. If the terrorist are planing on destroying this country, they better hurry, cause this clown for a president is beating them to it. To stay on topic, every speech this guy makes to military personal is not well put, and you can tell this guy has no leadership when talking about anything. I remember his awful speech back in March of last year speaking to the troops in Afghanistan, uplifting speech my ass. It was depressing, that is not a leader talking. Anyways, my opinion. He just seems to miss key points when talking to soldiers or have any Military knowledge or little awareness when speaking, and when he is being attacked by people who are against him, he responses are childish and he belittles people a lot in his speeches. Whatever, guy is not a leader in my book compared to other Presidents. He also has made cracks on the bible, I just think this guy is very disrespectful and far from professional in a majority of his speeches on strong topics.
I would have to agree with TC first reply to this question. I would want to be in the career i am pursuing now, and know everything and become rich and successful because of my incredibly knowledge and excellent critical thinking and popular among my peers.
I think they are worse than cliffracers. I have been pooped on by one of them before, on my shoulder at the beach. Luckily I was wearing a shirt, cause I think there poop has acid in it, not as powerful as the ones from Aliens though.
Hmmm, well I am sure you have had moreexperience with blood and such than I have, but what about feces and vomit? Those tend to be two of the things that really gross people out at my job...

Was curious what you have experienced. I would think being an EMT is one of the only jobs that would have potentially leave you more desensitized to being grossed out than my job as a nursing assistant.
I've helped pick up amputated parts, or "partial amputation. I think there is a more technical term for partial amputation I don't remember, but yes, lots of blood. I am a EMT-B by the way, not a paramedic. I have seen some really awful situations. I think my last major one that upset me a lot was seeing a toddler in the middle of the intersection dead in his car seat. Anyways, blood and stuff doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would, nor does vomit or "poop", the smell is a different story, but I have stuff for that, that helps.."sometimes". heh.
