Id say 40% of the people I know chipped their 360 and pirate their games...And the lower the price of games, the less likelihood of piracy. People pirate because they cant afford to shell out £40 on every new game. Steam sales = cheap games = Ive never pirated. I bought maybe 10 games last sale and spent at most £25.

@andrew_ribbons If they manage to get a large library of games then I can easily imagine Linux taking over. After all, its free. And Im annoyed to hell that even though I "own" (stupid licensing these days) windows, Im not allowed to put it on another machine without paying. It would be awesome for Linux to really take off.

@BestJinjo I deleted my last comment since I thought about it more...Its KIND of a nice idea. I doubt that the PC can be used for gaming at the same time its streaming games to the TV, ie two people gaming? In that case the kid doesnt get a console, he/she just moved the image of one which they already had. Which I can see the benefits of when youre gaming, people like gaming in the living room. Im kind of reminded of what the SteamBox might be, of which the concept of I prefer. I dont like the screen and the controller combined.

Cant think of a justifiable use personally...Why on Earth would I play PC games on on it? And I certainly wouldnt buy it to play Android games...

@DarkNeoBahamut PlayStationFour. I kid, I kid. Actually I dont. Who knows what theyll do, but I do think numbers are probably on there way out. It feels classier to just have Xbox or Playstation.

Its an excuse not to do anything about the root of the problem. Its pathetic. Either that or its basically ignorance.

Im a mix of most of them so far. Although Im least a speed runner and mostly an introvert/completionist. I cant go online much but I would if I could.
