Mass Effect.

People here and my friends made that game look godly. Graphics and depth are great but I didn't like the game.

Lots of people have that problem even though it's a great game. They plunk the Citadel right at the beginning and it is a very slow paced and overly long area that turns a lot of people off the game.

Aerobiz. It's a sim for running your own airline.

I would definitely recommend against it. The Playstation ports of these games have killer loading times and vastly inferior sound quality (as odd as it sounds, the SNES had better sound quality when the PS1 wasn't using MP3/CD grade audio). The two combine to really reduce the quality of the experience. I'd say the SNES versions remain the definitive versions of each game. Chrono Trigger had a great DS port but the new content wasn't really special and I wouldn't recommend any of it. FFIV's DS port looked pretty good but they changed the gameplay mechanics and the game was (IMO) a lot less fun. The original was challenging but struck a good balance, the DS remake redid all of that and made it so that enemies were either too easy or could (literally) kill your entire party in one or two attacks - there just wasn't much middle ground.

Final Fantasy VII / Final Fantasy Tactics. The PS1 did have lots of great RPGs though.

I think he's just intent on being picky. Writing off Secret of Mana as a typical RPG where you just press attack is pretty crazy when it plays more like a Zelda game but with more emphasis on combat than puzzle solving.

Is there any way you can get more of it? That's not much to work with.

Definitely yes. I'd like for them to make another one that feels more like Super Mario 3 or Super Mario World. New Super Mario Bros felt a lot like the original Mario (no flying, Mario has lots of momentum, etc...) and it was good. But Mario 3 and Mario World are both amazing platformers (and you could fly) so I think they'd make a great inspiration for a sequel. Co-op multiplayer would be cool but I don't play Mario for the multiplayer :p

They just released it on virtual console for Wii. I'm not sure if that makes it more likely to come out or not. Squaresoft helped Nintendo make Mario RPG though, and Squeeniz *loves* to put remakes on the DS...
