Yeah crotch rockets are the full size version of those speed bikes. There is a man that lives in my area that rides that mini bike up and down the streets. He looks like a goofball but I tell you what it looks so fun. There are serious enthusiasts about this stuff

This is what I found about these mini bikes, every state is different so check ur own anyway :

Some mini bike (pocket rocket) laws ;

You must be over the age of 15

You must have either a moped or motorcycle license (depending on cc)
or learning permit with proper supervision at all times

You must wear proper protective gear such as a DOT approved helmet (back plate protectors are also highly recommended as paralyzing spinal injuries occur more often on mini bikes)

Proof of ownership

vehicle must be registered, pass inspection and display lighted plates

must have head lamps, turning signals, rear lights, reflectors and at least one mirror

vehicle must have coverage meeting minimum insurance requirement

Failure to meet these requirements can result in heavy citations , arrest and confiscation of vehicle as contraband by peace officers

Remember, a mini bike is not a toy rather a miniature motorcycle better suited for
close tracks and other controlled operating environments. The risk of fatal incidents increases during operation on public road ways. - You were warned -
