@cboye18: I agree. Can't wait to see what From does next. Just as long as they maintain the depth of their world-making/lore. Their art design is top-notch, would be cool to see it taken in a more charming direction.

notice there are six padlocks on the necklace, and five figures in the sky. reedus makes the sixth, leading me to believe he will play some kind of martyr figure that has forgone his divine position.

@Gravity_Slave: I too found it lacking. It was like Id was forcing the original Doom mechanics through the updated shiny aesthetics of their post-Doom 3 development era. There are some great mechanics at work, but ultimately the game came out stunted. Id had the chance to push the frenetic pace of the original past the benchmark it set (like Brutal Doom did so admirably), or better yet, develop something new entirely. It was fun and they made clear attempts to pay homage to its predecessor, but in homage this entry is shackled to the past and is thus not as great as it could have been. What I'm saying is that this entry feels humble, when it should have been huge, confident and boisterous.

Also, the bestiary was rather limited. Was expecting some new additions and more awe-inspiring boss battles.

That's it. I'm out. I'm done with Gamespot and its politically correct agenda. Also, **** this derivative bullshit excuse for a game.

Sorry, the Valonquar theory ties too well into Cleganebowl. Sandor is the "little brother". Maggie never specifies whose little brother. He will win in the trial by combat, killing his brother the Mountain, and by proxy executing Cersei. Jamie (or Tyrion) is far too obvious a choice.

why would you expect anything more than an 8 when so little innovation has happened between the first and third iteration? i fuckin love souls games but its the truth.

the outrage should come from games like assassins creed and fallout 4 getting 9's when they demonstrate the same (and often less) amount of innovation.
