Actually, to some degree, you can.

From the first picture, you can tell that:

1. Big-open enviroments to explore.

2. A lot of platforming.

3. A very controlable camera.

its still better to wait for some real gameplay though. people tend to obsess over graphics, when the gameplay could suck. like hyping killzone 2 for the graphics.
