Yeah, it taught me one thing....get renter's insurance. I got a policy through my ca insurance co. and it was only an additional $10 a month. Worth it.
Painkiller and Serious Sam have the largest bosses in any game ever. Some ar hundredsof feet tall. Also, Otogi 1 and 2 are excellent games, and Onimusha is AWESOME on PS2, dunno about XBOX. It is like a samurai version of Resident Evil.
Oh, I forgot, I gave my GameCube and it's 30 games to my brother when I moved out of his house. He was so addicted to Animal Crossing by then, and I was playing XBOX almost exclusively by then, so I just left it w/him. He;s done so much for me over then years, I had no problem w/that.
I used to have 700 or so console games. I had a fire, and lost my classic games/systems. Also, my PS2 broke (3rd one) and I gave up on that console. I was just so frustrated w/replacing the console every year. I sold off my 196 games for it. Also, I got sick of PS1. Just so dated now, and wanted to cash in. 150 games sold on EBAY. I am down to 100 or so PC games, and 30 XBOX games.
I have KOTOR for PC, but never got more than 3 hours into it. I am still on the planet that I crash landed on. Is it worth playing through? Is it any better on XBox? Should I get it for xbox, or just play it on my PC?
That is the one disadvantage of Live, as oposed to system link, or split screen games (not playing in the same room). It is so much more fun getting together as opposed to trying to organize live games over the web.
You did well on Oddworld. Darkwatch is decent also. For brand new games, that is an awesome deal. I haven't played LoR:TTA, but if it's as good as everyone says, it may be worth looking for used.
muthsera...I found that you can buy 2 month memberships for original xbox. I just bought one last night on ebay and it was $7-8. That should be reasonable enough for you.
