I work at gamestop so i deal with this kind of questions all day, ok fable 2 is 12 hours of campaign, sidequest are another 2 hours that equal a total 14 hours of gameplay.... My opion do not get this game the graphics are old looking and the character creation is limited save your money buy another game....ZODIO15

If there was one thing you could have possibly said to make sure people do the exact opposite of what you say, it would have been "I work at Gamestop".

lol @ 3 year warrenty. It took them a year and a half to finally recognize the problem and put this warrenty into effect. However the warrenty starts with the date you bought the 360. Which means if you bought your 360 a year before the warrenty was created, then youre only covered for 2 years and not 3. Or the poor souls that still have their launch model, they were only covered for an additional year and a half.

At about page 13 this thread stopped being fun to read. I do have a couple quotes to respond to.

Since we are comparing ALL the games that can be played on just 360 and PS3 and not to bring in any other platform.How about then that we count all the PS2 AAA's that can be played on the PS3 shall we??

See I can twist things as well.

Spybot_9

Um..........no. You, yourself have made it clear you only want discussions on exclusive game. Last I checked the only place you can play Braid is on the 360, correct? Now since you can only play it on the 360 then wouldnt that make it...........uh............whats the word? ..........................oh yeah "exclusive" to the 360? Maybe Im unclear on what you mean by exclusive, cause after all you keep saying Gears 2, Fable 2 and Halo 3 arent exclusive. But yet again, the only place to play them would be on the 360. However, the odds of these games going to the PC are high, but it hasnt happened yet, it hasnt even been announced yet. Which means until such a time, these games are exclusive to the 360, and you will treat them as such. You cannot come into a debate start throwing around your baseless assumptions and tell people your assumptions trump's their solid proof. Now I know youre going to say but Fable 1, Gears 1 and Halo 1 and 2 were both ported to PC. Ok fine, does that mean we can assume MGS 4 will be ported to 360 because MGS 2 was on the original Xbox? I mean look at FF, the original xbox got FF XI, and now here comes XIII. Does that mean we can discount MGS 4 as a PS3 exclusive because patterns point toward the possibility of it being ported to the 360? My guess is you'll say no. You cant apply a set of rules, then turn around and deny us the right to use said rule against you.

you spend too much time here my son :) that's all i can say. try reading outside of here, and try to find me a link to someone other than a SW cow trying to say the PS3 is dominating the 360 this year. and no blogs, real articles from gaming sites.

2008 had potential to be the year of the PS3, but given what has happened lately + this awesome holiday line up from MS the PS3 will be buried.

3picuri3

Dominating? Hardly. But NPD does support that the PS3 has been outselling the 360 every month since January. However the amount the PS3 has been outselling the 360 is marginal at best. We're talking like less than 10k units a month. At its current rate it would still take the PS3 years to surpass the 360 in overall sales.

Unless Im mistaken Obsidian is either owned by Bioware, or is a sister company of Bioware. Point is Bioware did have a hand in the making of KOTOR 2. They acted like they did back when they used to work with Black Isle. Black Isle was the front company for alot of game with Bioware helping out. Same thing with KOTOR 2, Obsidian was the front company but Bioware was somewhat involved.

[QUOTE="EvilAshTwin"]

Bioware will make ME2 a 360 exclusive no doubt about that.

However EAware will probably make it a multiplatform release though. As well as adding in Co-op, team death match and all that other crap that the crybabies were whining about not having in the first one.

mbrockway

Your statement makes no sense, you totally contradict yourself. ME2 will be multiplat, I think EA is too big to be bought out. DLC on the other hand...

That was kinda the point, after all it comes down to; Will MS honor the contract they had with Bioware before the EA take over? Or will MS accept a buyout if EA chooses to front the cash to renegotiate the existing contract?

This reminds me of a thread that popped up last month (maybe the one before that) of someone starting a petition to get discussions on the Wii banned from SW. It was almost sad to see such hard work go down in a fiery blaze................almost.

Go to a torrent site and type the name of any 360 game. I bet you find it.

Disclaimer: This post does not endorse,promote or encourage piracy. Just proving a point.

Espada12

While that may be true, the number of piracy cases on the 360 are still outnumberd by the sheer number of downloads PC games get. Lets face it to play an illegal copy of some PC game, you'll need a key cracker and it doesnt screw with your computer. Pirating on the 360 is like playing Russian Roulette. RRoD is still a problem and in order to play a pirated game you need to have modded your 360. Modding your 360 voids the warrenty which means *when* it red rings (and it will) you have to pay out of your own pocket to fix it or flat out replace it.

The money MS loses from a pirated game is easily made up from the subcription fees of XBL members (well those who dont pirate) and from players buying MS points. I seriously doubt piracy is making much of dent in their profits.

DMM = digital molcular matter -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Molecular_Matter

Gmod = garry's mod -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G-Mod

It would help if you guys tried googling the acronyms before complaining that you have no idea what he's talking about.

If the OP feels its too much time to make his post clear, then its too much time to open a new tab to use google to translate his post.

In any case, while its not exactly what you are looking for, the new Red Faction game is a sandbox with a fully destructable enviroment.
