I'm really happy with my Vita. I have all of the good Vita games already and they've kept me more than occupied. Looking forward to Muramasa, Soul Sacrifice and Dragon's Crown now.
I really don't wanna pay over $400 for a PS4, and I damn sure don't wanna pay for stuff I will never use, like the Eye or Move. All I want is a quality console and a ton of great games. And I love PlayStation Plus just the way it is.
@XspidervenomX Sony had full backwards compatibility on their original two PS3 models; nobody bought one. Clearly those who care about BC are in the minority, myself included. But Sony did try.
@FAIL_TR0LL Yeah, but... Microsoft isn't in the lead. The Wii won this console war and the PS3 has sold more units worldwide than the 360. So, technically speaking, the Xbox is in last place this gen.
"Think of Xbox as the service, and we just happen to also make a console."
This has to be the most idiotic statement Microsoft has ever made. Xbox would not be where it is today if they had never made a console. And shifting the majority of your focus to non-gaming garbage is what will ultimately cause your console to fail. When are these morons gonna realize we mostly just wanna play video games?
I'm looking forward to the PS4, yes, but here's an example of how I am appreciating the present: I have $50 dollars in my pocket. I'm going to buy a subscription card to renew my PlayStation Plus membership, because it's actually a good service that GIVES me video games... not one, like Xbox Live, who forces me to pay for things that are already free elsewhere. The only time I buy Xbox Live is when I get that ad on my dashboard offering me 2 months for 2 dollars, and it's barely even worth that. And why is Microsoft even commenting on this in the first place? Seems pretty childish in my opinion.
