Nothing about what's going on in regards to GTAV on PC is unprecedented or unsurprising. R* has a history of releasing the GTA games months after the console versions.

$60 for an old game and all they had to do was change a few graphics settings in the text files.
Last of Us is under a year old and the PS3 version is 60 bucks new. So....
Time doesn't matter. A lot of games drop relatively quickly. It doesn't matter if it's "under a year old" you ever follow game price drops? You ever see a steam sale? You ever see a sale in general?
THE PS3 VERSION IS STILL 60 DOLLARS. What point of this do you not understand?? Most big games take time for their prices to drop.
38.99 brand new as of right now on Amazon.
Definitely buying again, but when it's like $20 or so.
Thank you.
Just looking for a few recommendations. (keep in mind I am not looking for anything crazy and OTT like Iron Man, just stuff like better graphics, more weapons, cars, clothes, etc.) If anyone can point me to some of the best ones I'd appreciate it.
Yeah, I am getting this for the past couple days too.
Lasts less than 10 hours for me. Remember in the pre release FAQ where Sony said the battery life was similar to Dualshock 3? Yeah... flat out lie.
Dualshock 3 lasts me like 30 hours with vibration off, 20-25 with it on depending on how much the feature is used in the games I play.
@FelipeInside: For me New Vegas and L4D2 were games where it was most noticeable. Any first person game really. Now everything is completely smooth on 8.
8 is what I use. I had to revert back from 8.1 after getting horrendous judder and mouse lag in some games. Even mouse movement outside of games didn't feel right.
I always recommend sticking with 8, but do whatever you want. I see no reason at all to use 8.1 when 8 has no such issues and a program called Classic Shell makes it feel like you're using 7 again anyway. No downsides to using 8 imo.
Started to buy this and DS2 on Steam a while back, glad I didn't. Thanks, EA!
