As to why nobody has said Metal Gear Solid yet is f'ing beyond me

Well simply because the story and characters are phenomenal - Metal Gear is something beautiful, if you take one little thing away from it, it's just your average game, if you add to it - its still your average game.

It's pieced together so perfectly, From Metal Gear all the way to Guns of the Patriots the story is so intense and emotional - it's like watching a movie or something but it has pioneered games indefinently - also the amount of realism is awesome and the truth and secrets about the real life governemtn is also stored in the story so yeah - I would love to be Snake
