Microsoft spent a good chunk of their conference trying to appeal to indie developers, who they had originally planned to screw over.

They didn't even opt for a full live conference probably because they didn't want to embarrass themselves.

1st third of the conference: Talking about how they want to appeal to indie developers (at least Sony were showing off the games)

2nd third of the conference: Games we've already seen and are not exclusive like The Division and COD.

Last third of the conference: Kinect and Fifa.
