i wish some other titan company will come out with something like "Elder's fallout to oblivion", a game about the elderly, and beat Bethesda and their nonsense.
but there already is a jay wilson monster ingame :P
i just think he tired AVOIDING revies that say "this is just a 10 year olverdue diablo 2 expansion" when (IN SOME WAY, dont kill me) that is what most people wanted, a NEW similar diablo.
i tried that for a little you know? being a D2 player for YEARS, that was what came natural... but the loot system is BAD, (and they should feel bad!), and it is nearly impossible to find upgrades or subgrades, as said in the loot 2.0 presentation vid - THAT is why i failed to temptation, because playing for 5,10,15,30 hours and not finding a single GOOD upgrade, while they cost so little in the AH... the AH shouldn't be there, and the loot system should be fixed. - now if they only re-do the whole plot this will be a 9/10 game
Diablo 3 was flawed in 2 places for me, the story(including how it played out + speech and in-game movies) and the AH...
Plot wise, D1 and D2 were alot more simple, it wasn't dramatic and tried to be a movie, it was real, as real as it should be, and the moment i started feeling disappointment was the lame dramatic death of Deckard Cain, and increased to the point of sadness when i heard: "I SHALL RISE AS WISDOM" - FFS HE IS THE ANGEL OF JUSTIC?!? MOTHERWHATTHEHELL?!?!"
ahem, losing my focus - what i meant to say was that the AH and the above were (i think) mistakes made by Jay Wilson... and the moment he stepped off, mistakes are being corrected... so they can't fix the mood of this game anymore, but it is my hope that without him in the pic, when the next Diablo universe game comes out in a few years it'll be a true Diablo game.

see? its all a matter of perspective, you can get the "Reasoning" out of anything for ANYTHING as long as you dig deep enough... why do (most) martial artis don't get in fights or have criminal recods? because they have a safe outlet, SO DO GAMERS, right? that's the way i look at it. - i fulfill the "human need for violence" by playing games.
