I understand the diffrences, however we all belive in The Lord, however you might call him. People dont need to worship Christ, but I dont think they have to insult him either. I have read the book and I never found anything against other religions. I find the book to be actually quite in favour of the peace rather then war against others. Fundamentalists bend the preachings to fit their own ends, but we also have to consider that their hate against christians, west, USA, etc, isnt unfounded. I wonder how would you and I feel in case Muslims occupied your country with military force and harassed you and your people? You wouldnt quite like it would you?

Not at all. I consider people of every religion brothers, becuse I fell that we all belive in the same thing, but merely have diffrent names and customs tied to it. Of course as long as their religion isnt harmful to other people. You have to know that Croatia is bordered by Serbia( eastern orthodox christians) in the east and bosnia (catholics, orthodox and muslims) in the southeast. So that basicly means that Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia are pretty much religious borders where three religions meet and live in peace and from the childhood we are taught the value of religion and religious tolerance. I am disguisted by people who claim themselves to be man of cloth yet call out for a burning of other people sacred books (i think you know who I refeer to). I consider muslims great people (I said muslims, not islamic extremists, fundamentalism is wrong in every religion) and I actually go to collage with some great folks from Bosnia who just happen to be of islamic fate. No, I generaly hate when villians are villians becuse of their religion, I hate games like Call of Duty (which I consider to be greatly disrespectfull to both real life soldiers and religious folk). You might all think I am nuts, bonkers, crazy or just plain idiot and you all have right on your opinion, but I dont hate anyone, or at least anyone who doesnt hate me.

I am from Croatia and Church here gets it fair share of criticisam like anywhere else, but we dont exactly say they are supervillian organization bent on world domination.

I feel casting christians as villians is bad becuse of the same reasson why casting muslims, asians, blacks or other race or religion is bad. You can have a villian that is just coincidentaly black, or christian or muslim. But to have a villian who is "evil" becuse HE IS either Christian or some specific race is just insulting.

I am defending my faith and my people, becuse we never attacked anyone, but defended ourselves during our whole existance. Millions of people died in ancient Croatia and just years ago defending their fate, their families and their culture against oppressors and agressors, some of them died in most gruosome ways. Christianity is par of our tradition and culture, but you will never read about Croatian crusaders or croatian expansions (I am serious, check it for yourself) in our history. The closest thing we had was an order of knights of St. John who fought ottomans in Croatia and Bosnia (In Bosnia they came to aid Bosnian people with whom Croats have alliance that lasted for centuries).

I say, your villian can be anything... Any race or religion. However he can never be a villian BECUSE OF HIS RELIGION OR RACE. Unless his religion is satanic and includes sacrefices, etc (religion must never preach violence against men, whoever does preach that, no mater is he a priest or a common beliver is wrong and misinterpets the religion and uses people for evil deeds).

Okay, first all... I want you all to know that I am quite fond of video games and movies. Violent and non-violent... I want you to know I am not American (if it makes any diffrence and in case you want to know). I am a 21 year old student of guesting and economics.

Now... I am really sorry if I offend anyone, and I apologize in advance... But...

Is it neccesary for AC series to be so blatantly... ANTI-CHRISTIAN?

I mean... I loved the idea of the first game (havent really enjoyed the game itself) as in Ninja/Assassin game... However... I strongly disliked sci-fi elements and what I found concerning was anti-christian statement. Ofcourse I am no naive fool and I am aware of what kind of attrociated christian crusaders comitted upon non-christian folk of middle east and as every sane man I condemn it...

But still... Killing enemies whose main symbol is that of a cross. Killing Pope and priests? Christians as an evil organization bent on world domination? I am sorry, but I feel that is too much. Was it so hard to invent a new evil organization or simply put iluminati or some free mason stuff in the game?

I am aware of what Christian church stands for today and how much money is milked from a common decent god fearing folk, but I genuinly belive that the principles on which our religion was built as all other religions was based on basic moral principles and as every other christian I am sad to see it forgotten and abandodned.

However, are you aware of how much decent christian men there are? The ones who would like nothing more then peace and harmony for every man no matter of which skin, religion or ideology (as long as it aint the one that speaks out to harm the other fellow men). I come from a country that was ravaged by 3 wars in the last 100 years and the one in which my kind was prosecuted by foreigners who took over power becuse we were christian.  We were christian since our arrival to our homeland in seventh century and we remained christian to this day. In the history of my people there is no note of crusades or aggression to the neighbouring lands.

Today there is a mosque, a sinagoge and a cathlic and orthodox churches in our cities often in the same districts or even teh same streets.

In the end I would just like to say one more time... Why did they decide to go anti-christian when producing such promising title as AC? I havent played the second game (just so you know). And I am very sorry I wont play the third game,  I am sorry, but I have to say that I just wouldnt be comfortable in the game fighting against characters who wear a penchant of Iron or Maltese cross.

I am sorry if I ofended anyone and I would appriciate any sort of reply. Thank you very much!

I have to say that I started a game today and while I played for just a few minutes in that snow region and killed maybe 2 or 3 enemies, game seems to run incredebly satisfying, miles above the original. I guess they did pull ME2 trick on us after all. I just thought I would share this, in case there are other folk with an old pc systems like me, who just wanted to play a game.

Yeah, I did expiriance some lag problems with the first. I was hoping developers might pull ME2 trick and make a second prettier and stable then the first.

Thank you very much! I tried the game today and it set itself at 1600X1200 and all high settings (though there is also Ultra settings), but high setting runned pretty much around 20-30 FPS so I turned off the shadows and it runs great!

My apologies, I am not very tech savy, so I cant exactly estimate where my components fall in between "minimum" and "recommended"...

"Can you run it" site actually says that my PC has 4 GB ram... ??? I am fairly sure that is a mistake though.

Hello all you good folks! I would like to ask for an assistance in determing would I be able to run this game on my old PC. I have 3GB ram (even though "can you run it" site says I have 4 GB), AMD 7750 athlon dual core with 2.7 GHZ and Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+... Could I run this game decently? I did run Kingdoms of Amalur maxed out in 1600 X 1200 resolution and I also runned a few new games fairly well (stuff like Darkness 2, Oil Rush, etc...).
