@Redsyrup: It doesn't look nor plays like a port. Whoever tried the game was pretty satisfied with the end result and there were a lot of changes, not only from a visual standpoint but within the deeper gameplay mechanics. Sakurai even mentioned a few bugs from the invitational tournament, which probably wouldn't exist if it was a port like you're implying. The changes might not seem that big at a first glance, specially if you happen to be a casual Smash player, but it significantly changes the way you play with each character. Breath Of The Wild and Mario Kart were ports. Ultimate it's not, pretty much in the same way Splatoon 2 is not Splatoon. A proper sequel I might say, and adding to that I'm glad they didn't completely overhaul what has been fixed or we could end up with something like Brawl! Everyone who really loves this series knows it's a step up from previous Smashes and wouldn't even care if it's a port or not in the first place.

For the millionth time: WHY NOT ON SWITCH?!

@macacorusso: Infelizmente hoje em dia a originalidade tem pouco ou nenhum peso. O que importa são os FPS e a resolução! Cinematografia prioritária ao invés da jogabilidade como meio de interação. Apesar de não ter experimentado FARCRY 5 confesso que maior parte das pessoas falha em perceber que LABO trata-se também de uma boa ideia com bastante potencial!

@og_gamerzzz: That's a pretty shallow comment you got there. People still forget you're also paying at the very least for software. I would buy you cardboard for 20 dollars at most if you make it exactly like what comes with LABO. 60 dollars are on the game and the rest of the pieces. How does that sound?

@Bread_or_Decide: Well, if most games you want to play are on a single platform I can't see how one should invest $300+ just to play one game or two. At least that's how I see it because money and time are not that abundant.

@Jag-T1000: You don't necessarily have to rebuy every single port/remaster again. Leave that as an option for those who didn't enjoy them the first time around. See? We can all be happy!

@sakaixx: Not every "Nintendo fan" ditches out $300 only to play Mario and Zelda.

@lostn: That's what happens when you're a graphic whore because I haven't read or heard of those issues on reviews. Maybe they were having fun instead of going "Oh noes, the game dropped below 30FPS to 29 or something in a couple of seconds after 200 hours of gameplay!!!"

@Xristophoros: Do I have another option than accepting your opinion? It seems to me you're in denial because mine is well expressed above and is indeed very different from yours. Are you the owner of absolute truth or something? What I follow here is that you have a PS4, therefore 3rd party games run better compared to the Switch and you prefer to play them on it. I'm just saying I don't mind holding on PS4's money! Would rather expend it on Switch games ;)
