Most of my online matches are lag free. I don't know what you guys are talking about. It's better than Smash 4 (3DS), and even then the online component was pretty acceptable. Do any of the users in the comment section here have any experience with online play in fighting games at all? You can't expect quite the same fluidity as local multiplayer.
@Atzenkiller: You're misinformed. Switch runs native 1080p while WiiU was 720p. Anyway all ports are really nice and welcome on Switch, but of course some edges need to be cut for that. Also I'm grateful Square was the first to realize the smartest way to deal with the Switch is getting a development division just for it. I wish other third parties followed suit.
I loved Bravely Default on the 3DS. It didn't have an amazing story by any mean, but the game got me by its combat system and overall art design. To be fair Bravely Default story only got good on the very end of the game so that might be the case here.
@og_gamerzzz: Dude, what the hell are you even doing here? Honestly, the Switch being underpowered compared to the competition is not a valid argument for the quality of its games. Not to mention you could never reach the look of this game on hardware from the 80's. It's meant to resemble that kind of pixel graphic style and there's nothing wrong with that. Celeste is another example of a great game made with pixel art. There's a market for those types of games or they wouldn't be selling. Steam has 90% of what you can play on Xbox One and PS4 and like 10% of what you can play on Switch. You're just a contemporary Nintendo hater so try better next time!
