I've never had an issue... The explicit versions are generally pretty clearly marked.

And most albums I buy don't have censored versions, so it's rarely, if ever, an issue.

You need to transfer your save file from one xbox to the other. Simply logging into your XBLA account won't do it.

Oh, I forgot the Spyro and Crash games. They were pretty good platformers.

Twisted Metal 1 and 2, Tomba! (though it has some RPG elements,) Tekken, Castlevanis SoTN, and the mortal Kombats are a good start.
