okay cool, I guess I'll just stick with what I have a little longer, could anyone point me in the direction of safely over-clocking my processor? I've tried numerous videos on youtube, but when I finish changing the settings, I launch the computer and it goes to a black screen and never boots, I have to pull the battery in the mobo to get the bios to reset so its fuctional again.

2 years ago I had 3gb DDR2 ram (don't know name brand, it was stock in my Gateway FX541S), Nvidia 8600GT 512mb, and Intel Q6600. Current build 8GB of Corsair DDR2 ram, Intel Q6600, and Nvidia BFG 285 1gb. I will be upgrading the processor not sure which, defiantly an i7 though. As for my graphic card... should I leave that alone for another year, replace it with something better? or get another of the same card and SLI it? I like to keep my PC in shape to play High - Maximum settings on every current game. By the sounds of it, I upgrade once a year, do you upgrade more frequently or less frequently? (and most of you probably know this, cause its obvious but incase you don't, word of advice recycle your old parts by reselling them on ebay or craigslist, it helps the funds for new parts)

It was on a gaming show, I think ElectricPlayground. Anyway, after intense amounts of google searching, I found out what happened. To start off, the game never even had a name, its known as EA's Marvel Fighting Game lol anyway, it got canceled

yeah I know, I have that one lol. I'm just curious to what happened to this game, my guess is, it probably got cancelled early on. I didn't really like the idea of a fighting game being splitscreen. Though the massive destructible environments were cool, take like the Hulk and throw Spider-man through walls like a ragdoll lol. woulda been entertaining

This is probably some old news, and maybe nobody will even know what I'm talking about. I tried doing a google search but without having the slightest clue, of this game's name I can't find it. Couple years back, I was watching G4TV (back when it was a gaming channel) and one of the shows had a preview for this Marvel fighting game, though it played like a 3rd person adventure, and 2 player versus was splitscreen. You would fight in big open areas, such as cities and be able to demolish buildings as you fought. To me it was like a super hero game where every single level is a boss battle. Anyway, I don't know what I happened, I forgot about it, and I was just thinking about it the other day. Did it ever get released and it sucked real bad so nobody ever talked about it? Did it get canceled?

Dont worry about it TC, you will deffitently get you're account and games back. I had this happen to me, (yeah I was a tool and just fell into the trap) and I just contacted steam, told them what happened. Sent them a couple of my receipt's confirmation numbers to prove I wasn't b.s.ing them. And they fixed it for me. I also had my credit card linked to my steam account. Though they assured me, when steam saves it for "convient checkout" the user of the account can't retrieve the number. All he the user can do is buy up steam games. And I have been reviewing my credit card statement online every day, and I haven't seen any unknown charges yet. And my account was stolen on christmas eve, if they could use my card, im sure they would have by now. Though naturally you might wanna call the credit card company and tell them to freeze you're account. So the prick that has the account right now can't buy up steam games in the mean time. Good luck :)

I'm not sure, look at the facts... Its a very new game, despite being $60 on PC and from the news about no Mods for PC gamers... the game is still selling good. However, Steam throws out awesome sales, and if they were to put it on sale I think sometime during this winter sale it will be. On the flip side their is Activision who would probably frown if Steam started selling it for cheap, even if it was just a $10 discount (imo if itdoes make thesale at all it won't be any lower then $50). And considering CoD4 is still a $40 game and CoD5 is still a $50 game (though at the time I'm posting its half off on steam, go get it now if you want it =D) its also kinda unlikely for this game to drop in price, since the predecessors are holding their price strong. All in all, I don't think it'll be on sale, but I'd like to see it happen. You're thoughts?
