Ronald Reagan, Arnold Schwarzenegger, George Bush Jnr. to name a few. All subject to megalomaniac fantasies of living up to imaginary legacies which never existed.
Arsephixiation
Schwarzenegger in that list? I don't think so. Regarding bodybuilding, he inspired millions and is widely regarded as the king of bodybuilding. He has an old school alpha male kind of masculinity and attitude to achieve, such as pushing his mental and physical boundaries to beat many others in the 1970s and 1980 to be crowned Mr Olympia 7 times. And not to mention, he has acted in some of the best action movies ever :D This quote by him from Pumping Iron sums it up well -
"I'm a strong believer of Western philosophy, you know. I was conquering, I was achieving, I was climbing, getting higher and higher to the top and all those things...because that's in my opinion what life is all about. Living rich, rather than just existing and wasting away your life, since you only have one."
Disregarding his marriage problems lately, I think he has been an exemplary example of someone to aspire to in terms of fighting for your dreams :)
His BAC was twice the legal limit. :?[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"][QUOTE="POPEYE1716"] Huuum did not know he was drunk. Its all speculationOleg_Huzwog
Yep. 0.196 according to police reports. There's no speculation here; he was definitely drunk.
0.196?! Sheesh, he was definitely tempting fate with that level of intoxication PLUS speeding recklessly :| I'm just relieved that no other innocent lives were destroyed from his stupid and selfish choice to drink-drive and speed. Want to drink with mates and get smashed? That's cool - but ALWAYS arrange for a safe means of transport after (cab, designated driver etc)
