Do something, just don't stand there and be numb while good people die.

This guy in the video is one of us.

I hate these people milking the same cows all the time.

Another sequel anyone?

I'm not much into the cops analogies, those are way off the point IMO. Really, we're just some guys on the forums with a few extra drop down menus.

I can understand folks taking issue with a moderation action, that's fine with me. However, I've yet to see any claims of a moderator intentionally acting abusive pan out. Folks are just too willing to blame someone else's bias or "bad eggs" before anything else, particularly without anything to back it up other than some moderations, their imagination, and some buddies who run around saying "hell yeah" but don't actually know anything other than what their friend told them.

But if I respond to something with only: WTF?

That is considered "disruptive"

I mean, c'mon...

That's a real problem isn't it? Gamespot is a BIG place. The bigger the town, the more cops you're going to need aren't you? Unfortunantly, when you employ more, you increase the likelyhood one or a few of them are going to be bad eggs and abuse power without remorse.

It's like getting tazzered.

Just because tazzering is non-lethal, it's now used and abused.

It's business oriented; they're not concerned about free speach, but making money. This website is a business.quiglythegreat

but I think they forget that we are the customers.

And we have basically NO SAY, to what goes on in here.

[QUOTE="Quadrifoglio"]I do think, we should be allowed to curse here. Aslong as you don't offend other users.CaptHawkeye

The problem is people are too sensitive these days. Honestly, the things people react to are quite often comical. Just look at America's issue with lawsuit abuse.

I totally agree with you. I think people are WAY to sensitive and it's purely BS.

I mean, I think there should be some boundaries, like racism, sexual and religious preferences, but the rest should be pretty much fair game.

I feel "constrained" sometimes in this site.
