@punksterdaddy: I haven't experienced any of the bugs on PC but the game was badly optimized and the framerate was low even on minimum details. There's no excuse for Telltale if Life Is Strange, a much better looking and more detailed game on Unreal engine, runs much smoother than this mess.

Pre-ordered. Wish they added a few polaroids with character portraits tho.

@holtrocks: Obviously true but the games might still run better on consoles since it's easier to optimize for them.

The movie District 9 has a very similar atmosphere and visuals to Half-Life 2. I've heard the story of Half-Life was inspired by Stephen King's The Mist.
