Hey guys. I have this concern with my street dancers I'd appreciate it if anyone can suggest a possible solution. Any idea is welcome.

I made a deal with my sponsor to get jackets for the dancers and in return each dancer would do some flyering and sell 30 clubbing tickets to university friends within 6 weeks. This idea worked brilliantly to procure their dance tees but am afraid they have grown bored of it. So far the best seller has sold only 9 (in 4 weeks). I have shown them some tough love and given them 2 out of 10 for effort. But then I told them I still loved them. They need this jackets for a major performance toward the end of March and I am worried they will not get it.

Am all out of incentive ideas to get these jackets. They don't necessarily have to sell these tickets. Any other ideas to get the jackets without simply handing it to them or compelling purchase is welcomed.

Thanks guys :)

I have been searching for a video editing solution that rivals final cut but so far i have found none. I don't actually wish to buy a Mac just for final cut alone, so any recommendation is highly appreciated. I have an anniversary coming up soon which require a lot of travelling between Paris, Australia and Florida, and thus, a lot of video to be taken. Am also in the hunt for a software that does brilliant DVD menu. So far i have used the following programs but none I don't think has the cutting edge that is final cut. In order of preference:

1. Pinnacle Studios
2. Sony Vegas
3. Adobe premiere
4. Power Director
5. Freemake (for converting)
6. Windows Live Movie Maker
7. Windows DVD Maker (For Dvd menu)
8. AVC (converter)

I use 3 or 4 of these at the same time to get a satisfactory end product which is a lot of hassle. I am sure there are mind blowing solutions out there which I have not listed here. So any help is thoroughly welcomed.

Cheers:)

I was thinking perhaps getting a sponsor for a gadget and raffling it out to donors. Cant think of a gadget that would attract enough attention though. Any one care to comment or has a better idea?

Hello lovely people,

So this time I have been invited as a member of 5 to represent my university at the national pro-bono fundraising competition. To be perfectly honest, I have little experience with fundraising, and knowing I could have declined the invite, I chose not to, as I believed this to be an opportunity to gain such experience; I now think am in over my head as other members in the group have some sort of previous experience. Anyway, I know fundraising is now being socially franked upon, which is why I need your impute to device awesome/creative/pragmatic ideas for fundraising.

Thank you Kindly:).

Well here's your first tip. It's Muchas Gracias not "Muchos", Muchas is feminine which makes it plural.Fightingfan

Lol. I guess I didn't proofread? Ha, my Spanish needs a lotta work, granted! But thanks i've edited it.

I have a Spanish exam in few days; some of which includes speaking. Writing in Spanish is okay but not so much so with speaking. I have to know the proper Spanish tonation, and hence, why I am in urgent need of a decent site or even app that could do this (Sortof like google translate, but the aforementioned is simply too robotic and doesn't do me any justice whatsoever). So please, if anyone can help me here, I'll appreciate it a lot.

Muchas Gracias.

Back in January, I had to sell my Vaio CW laptop as Student Finance thought it best to renege on its promises to pay my tuition fee. I have had to use Desktop PC in the living Room ever since, and frankly, it has been the bane of my existence. Now out of the blue, they came to their senses and credited a large sum into my account. Well I guess thank you are in order. Anyway, the first thing that came to mind was to get a new laptop. This is where I need your HELP. So here are my preferences:

1. Has to be manufactured by a prestigious Brand e.g. Sony, HP etc

2. Has to be 14inch, just like my previous laptop (this is a big one). Sorry if this seems too particular; I dislike big laptops and I hate Netbooks.

3. Has to run the latest intel i Family (i5 or i7 preferably) +Windows 7 (I am sure this goes without saying)

4. Screen resolution has to be sublime, but not necessarily full HD (my previous laptop was1600x900)

5. Graphics card has to play the latest games at medium setting with ease.

6. At least 4GB of RAM

7. Slick design

8. Bluethooth + Webcam (highly important)

9. Separated Keys (Not an absolute must)

10. Most of all, should be within my budget of £750

Thanks in advance for your time:)
