@H4num4n @BeardedXBatman yeah, for sure. but i'm a really big fan of killzone. to me, that game looks better than ryse or dr3. to be honest, i didnt think dr1 and 2 were all that great. i mean, i had a good time with them but i dont think of the dead rising franchise as a system seller. and i think infamous is the game that will set the ps4 apart and ps4 owners only have to wait until february for that. plus ac4 and watch dogs are multiplatform, so i get those along with killzone. i know that a lot of people aren't KZ fans though, so if thats not a game you're looking forward to then i respect your opinion.

very well written and hard to argue with. i'm buying both consoles (ps4 at launch, x1 around the time halo comes out) and i own both ps3 and 360 now. i tend to divide my play time between them and i buy my games for which ever console i'll have the best play experience with. for example, i bought skyrim for my 360 and AC3 for my ps3. that is to say that i'm not a fanboy one way or the other, just a gamer who cares only about the games and not what color the case is. having said all that, i'm buying ps4 at launch because it just seems like the smarter investment. better launch line-up and better launch window games. lower price. and features that just appeal to me more. knowing that i'm getting drive club for free on launch day from PS+ is another big selling point for me. but also, i look at the exclusives that microsoft is producing and i really don't believe they're going to be exclusives for long. i've been a gamer for about 20 years and i've seen this same thing many times. capcom needed a quick cash infusion, so they signed resident evil 4 to an exclusive contract with nintendo. but when that contract is up, is capcom really gonna stick with one console and minimize their profits? no, of course not. so as soon as the contract was up, we got RE4 on ps2. does anyone really think we won't see the same thing with dead rising 3? hell, mass effect went to the playstation. this is one thing that sony nails. if you really want a game to be exclusive, you need to BUY the developer. microsoft doesn't own capcom, respawn or crytek. i get that titanfall will play better on microsofts servers (and as such, i'll be buying it for the x1 when i get it) but respawn is a small developer under the umbrella of a mega corporation publisher (EA). no doubt EA is gonna make titanfall multiplatform as soon as they can. they would never leave that much profit untapped. same with ryse and DR3. anyway, it's just something that's been bugging me and i'm sure MS fans are gonna try to tear down my argument but in my experience, this is exactly whats gonna happen.
