I'm excited. Quite surprised about the amount of hate this game is getting? People still upset about D3? (The game is awesome now...).

I hope it's simple to learn and hard to master. The base of a game that will last the test of time.

Gamers laughed at the Wiimote. Wii outsells other consoles for years.

PS2 and Xbox owners made fun of the Gamecube controller which is by far the most comfortable controller every made.

People made fun of the N64 analog stick. Now you won't find a controller without analogs.
(I won't defend wiiU...)

Those track pads are probably the future. This is some exciting hardware.

Side note: Own all current consoles and have pre-ordered PS4. Not a fanboy here.

Don't confuse yourself, a person who regularly checks gaming news and is considered somewhat of a hardcore gamer, to have the same demands as a casual gamer. You know? The guy whose entire library consists of Fifa/NFL, GTA and COD. Those people don't always go online. Hell, I know people that bought BF3 for single player only.

Multiplayer only?
That will probably hurt game sales the most.

Casual gamers also buy COD for its Single player experience. No matter how bland and anti-brown-people it is.
