I know that people want to try to turn this into a racial issue, but the article doesn't mention their previous convictions. They could be repeat offenders who have violated probation on multiple occasions.
Usually to talk in private, especially on group dates. For me, it was usually a way to strategize how to get rid of a guy if the date wasn't going well.

I don't think humanity will ever become extinct. However, as energy sources become scarce we will probably have a third world war that will result in massive nuclear destruction and the surviving population will likely be in the millions rather than billions.
