Yeah, it is good for moderate gaming. Now....you do know that the card you are replacing the old Radeon with is a PCI Express card, and not a PCI card right? Just in case you don't know, a PCI Express card, CANNOT fit in a PCI slot and is not compatible at all.

The motherboard is fine. I was saying that the CASE might have a proprietary connection for it's USB ports since it is designed specifically for Alienware parts and Alienware uses their own motherboards.
The case has to plug into headers on the motherboard, and usually with most motherboards, those are all in the same configuration...so most cases use the same plug configuration. But I can't say for certain if the Alienware's are the same way.
You will pass Windows Genuine Advantage right? ;)kidkit

Heres the thing with onboard audio. Most of the time it's decent. Since most motherboards are getting fewer and fewer PCI slots, the availability of a slot to use a soundcard in is decreasing as the videocards use up more space in the case. For example, the 8800 uses up two slots, regardless wheter not there is an available slot next to it. To top it off, instead of moving the PCI slots up, out of the direct way of the PCI-E slots, manufacturers are putting them in between the PCI-E slots (if SLI) instead. Making them totally useless if you have a big video card.
With this said, motherboard manufacturers are making onboard sound better so you really don't have to get a soundcard. My motherboard has 7.1 surround sound built into it, and sounds pretty good. I used it for a while, and when X-FI soundcards came down in price, I grabbed one and use that now. But I have nothing against using onboard audio.
