I donated 5k on this sh!tty project (big megaman fan) and i regret it already. Unfortunately as it turned out, the makers of this game are all greedy & lazy devs. Unfortunately i can't even get a refund anymore. Would've rather added the amount to the Star Citizen project. :/

@Keaze_ Nope, kick-starter is good. Some projects are bad/greedy. If it wasn't for Kicstarter, we wouldn't have seen some great indie games see life, and then there are many upcoming awesome games too.

@zyxe 10 seconds before the video is ending, it gives you the option to cancle the auto-next-video-playback. It's not a great solution, but it's better than reloading the page.

Unless if gamespot is only targeting American audience, in which case at least half of us should leave right now. (there are plenty of non-american users on gamespot)...

I don't think so. In fact it's the opposite way these days. Gamers want to see and know more about their games way before the game releases. That's why you see so many gamers complain when a game only shows a CGI trailer. People want gameplay trailers, people want to know the deep details about how the game looks and plays. Most people aren't going to pre-order a game which hasn't shown much footage of itself.

The reason why indie (minecraft type games as you put it) get so much highlighted these days is mainly because the quality of AAA games has gotten so stale (with exceptions) that people find fresh gameplay mechanics in these indie games which grabs their attention. The fact that indie games are so much cheaper also contributes to that interest.
