Moving in the right direction, but there are still flaws that need to be addressed.

User Rating: 8 | NCAA Football 10 X360
As far as the current generation of consoles (or next-gen if you are determined to hang on to that classification) this is the best NCAA game yet. The game has a bit of a slower, more realistic feel to it and it plays very smoothly. The pass rush is actually present this year (unlike in '09) and for the most part, the late option pitch problems has finally been addressed. The adaptive AI works pretty well and the CPU is actually fairly smart this year. Online dynasty is improved this year with the ability to make custom conferences so that humans can actually play humans more than they play the CPU. In our dynasty, I simply swapped out teams in the ACC with the teams my friends wanted and, presto, the ACC is now a Super Conference with teams like Cal, Ohio State, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and Florida State all in the same conference! That is a great feature. But, the game still has problems. The game planning option is lame. You can basically set everything to aggressive and while you will get your fair share of face masking penalties, you will force enough turnover that it won't matter. Online dynasty's progression system is flawed as after Season 3, you will notice a ton of your guys with ratings of 99. the problem is, most of your opponents will have players with the same rating as well. User skill seems to have been stripped down due to the way the game plays and that's never a good thing. So, it gets an 8 from me (I would actually give it an 8.2). EA is getting closer so maybe NCAA 11 will finally get everything right. I recommend the game to any one who is a college football fan, just do not expect perfection.
