I dont know. After Sly Cooper and Ratchet and Clank. This one feels a tad stale. Not bad. But no Sly 3, Or Ratchet.

My last review was a joke towards Spiderman and the Next Gen Wars. This is a serious real review. I went threw the Sly Series a while back. And I just went threw a few Ratchet and Clank games "including the original." And I loved those games. So I figured I would try this game, hopeing for the same kind of enjoyment. And although it was not bad. I just was not getting the same things I was from Sly and Ratchet. The City and area just felt kinda stale. When put up against the worlds in the other 2 games. It was kinda like the same main city area "GTA like." With building after building, that does not feel new. The world in Jak 2, just did not seem as magical. And thats a huge thing in these games. As the worlds in Sly and Ratchet were amazing. The worlds is Jak 2 just seemed okish. Another thing that got me right off the start. Was the controls were not adjustable. And so I had to get used to that. Having to think everything backwards for a while. And even once you got them down. Theirs really no up or down. So your kinda stuck with close and far. So the camera feels real restricted. Although you can go into FP and look anywhere. But thats not the point. Also the graphics were kinda iffy. I mean Sly on the PS2 looks awesome. Ratchet games look solid. This game looked kinda off a little. Some blur, and bad lighting. Not nearly the clear great Cell shade look of Sly, or the crisp clean RandC series. Also the missions are ok. But for some reason it just did not feel great. Like you would go to one pace, do something. Go back to that same place, get orders, do something again. It kinda killed the story feel. I mean if Sly and Ratchet were not out their. This game would be pretty good. But those two games are out their. And they really do a much better job at the cartoon fun platform action thing. Than this game does.
