If you liked the first jak game, you'll absolutely love the smash hit sequel and positively the best in the series.
The gameplay is bit similar with the different styles of attacks and movement to the first jak and daxter, but with much more extras ; ). It offers 4 types of gun modes in one gun called the 'morph gun'. One big feature that i loved in this game was the jet board, it provided a fun skate-like environment where you can hop on/off your board, grind, do insane tricks and get heaps of speed : ). Another awesome thing about this game is the dark jak mode which you can become whenever you want to smash up things very quickly and very destructively ; ).
The length and difficulty is another speciality about this game. There are some very easy, fun missions and there are some hard, challanging and annoying missions. Which some people like in a game. The storyline is greater than that of the first jak and daxter game, and is very interesting and fun to be a part of. I also love it how they dropped the old style in crash bandicoot and Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy where the hereo does not speak! Jak is a rough guy whos hard a hard life and he wants revenge. Daxter is some what funnier than in the first game where he plays a much bigger role.
I recommend this game to anyone who likes a funstory and an interesting challanging game, with a small arsenal of weapons. By far the best rated in the series. This game is a very addictive game where you can't wait to play each mission and can't wait to see what happens next in the storyline.
